Faith Carbonaro is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege in the state of New York. Upon realizing the great need for mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic, she founded the practice in 2021. Faith received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from St. Francis College and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York. Faith has been working in the mental health field for the last ten years and is passionate about helping others on their journey to overall wellness and mental health. Faith has experience counseling people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, stress, relationship issues, substance abuse, family conflict, life transitions, adjustment disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, and trauma. Faith takes a nonjudgemental approach to therapy, with a core belief that everyone deserves a safe space to share their thoughts and concerns.

Emily is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience in the mental health field. She received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Touro University and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the College of Staten Island. Emily specializes in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, decision making, relationship issues, vocational counseling, and intrusive thoughts. Emily is dedicated to creating a safe, trustworthy, and inviting environment for all of her clients.

Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Touro University. Amanda is a compassionate and driven therapist who is dedicated to guiding individuals through their healing journey. With a strong foundation in social work and a deep understanding of trauma, Amanda integrates traditional therapy techniques with a holistic, whole-person approach. Trained as a yoga instructor, she believes in nurturing mental, emotional, and physical well-being. ​​
Amanda’s passion lies in creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences using a blend of therapeutic methods and mindfulness practices. Her commitment to a holistic approach enables her clients to address their trauma from multiple angles, fostering a path towards comprehensive healing and empowerment.
